Program description
The AllPlay Learn suite of professional learning is designed to help teachers and other school staff create inclusive education settings and equip them with the knowledge and skills to address the social and emotional needs of students with developmental challenges, disability, and diverse learning needs.
Course content includes a focus on:
- inclusive practice
- behaviour
- emotional regulation
- teacher wellbeing.
Elective modules include lessons to strengthen understanding around ADHD, anxiety and autism.
Intended outcomes
- Increased educator understanding of how to create inclusive education environments for students with developmental challenges and disability
- Increased capacity to support the emotional, behavioural, and learning challenges of students with developmental challenges and disability

Implementation considerations
Online courses take approximately 4–6 hours to complete, including 2 of the electives. Participants can select their elective preferences, and options include a focus on ADHD, autism, and anxiety.
Further professional learning to extend understanding of the importance of inclusive education environments in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of students with disability and developmental challenges can be explored through the Inclusive Classrooms suite of professional learning.
