Lindsey Delooze: We have staff who have come from overseas. We've got new members of staff who have just entered the profession. And that's why courses like the Inclusive Classrooms are really important, building up those skills across all members of staff.

Lindsey Delooze: We had a number of ES staff who haven't necessarily had that much experience in special schools before. So for them to turn around and say to us - actually this is brilliant because I actually can see where I can put this in action and in place across the classroom that they're working in.
Lindsey Delooze: Having the ES staff and the teachers collaborating together in the sessions means that you actually have further strength within the classroom. You know they have each other's backs in terms of reminding each other - Oh let's try this or do you remember you said this in the course? Should we give that a go? Like it's that kind of relationship that works really nicely.
Lindsey Delooze: The fact that all of the staff in the room are on the same page just makes it better for the students.
