Shooters Shoot is a youth-led organisation. It uses basketball and group activities to support young people. Shooters Shoot programs help students feel more confident, build resilience and get along with others. Programs also help students stay connected to school and community. Shooters Shoot delivers its EISA programs under the auspice of Foundation House.

Program description

This program uses basketball to develop skills and support student wellbeing. It is delivered on school holidays.

Students take part in coaching, games, team activities and guided wellbeing discussions. These activities help them learn new skills both on and off the court in a fun and inclusive setting.

The program is designed for young people from culturally diverse communities. It delivered by qualified trainers who reflect the communities they work with.

This helps students feel culturally safe, supported and ready to join in.
