Literacy and Numeracy Series

This 2 webinar series will help you build the expertise to improve learning in your classroom and improve student engagement and outcomes in literacy and numeracy.

The Responsive Teaching in Literacy and Numeracy webinar series will equip you with the knowledge and expertise to drive practice improvements in your school.

The Science of Learning – Principles, Literacy and Numeracy webinars will develop your understanding of the science behind learning and the connection to literacy and numeracy development.

Cost: fully subsidised
Duration: Responsive Teaching in Literacy and Numeracy is delivered over 2 months, and Science of Learning – Principles, Literacy and Numeracy is delivered over 5 weeks

Leading by Learning

Be introduced to a new way of thinking through 'ethical instructional leadership', with Professor Viviane Robinson and Jacqui Patuawa.

Learn how to be an effective problem-solver and prioritise collaboration in your school to build trust and progress the problems of practice. This program will teach you ways of communicating at all levels to maximise positive outcomes for pupils.

Cost: $395 co-contribution (payable by the school)
Duration: 2 full-day workshops
Locations: North Melbourne and online

Registrations: Leading by Learning.

Create: Middle Leaders

Explore the role of middle leadership in school improvement and develop your skills to effectively lead teams to support improved student achievement, engagement and wellbeing.  

Gain the confidence and capabilities necessary to influence and lead improvement in classroom and pedagogical practices in your school.

Cost: $990 co-contribution (payable by the school)
Duration: this course will be delivered over 6 months
Locations: North Melbourne, Geelong and online

Registrations: Create: Middle Leaders.

Impact: Emerging Leaders

Prepare for leadership roles by improving your data-driven decision-making skills and build confidence to lead with emotional intelligence to achieve excellence and equity in student learning.

You will explore themes critical to school leadership, such as social-emotional learning, family and community engagement, school culture and strategy.

Cost: $880 co-contribution (payable by the school)
Duration: this course will be delivered over 6 months
Locations: North Melbourne, Bendigo and East Melbourne (face-to-face and online components)

Clarity Learning Suite

Optimise learning growth for students at all levels. This program will support a culture of shared responsibility and accountability for student growth, attainment and wellbeing.

Focus on growth in student learning through evidence-proven assessment and instructional approaches, utilising reflection and data-wise decision-making to take action.

Duration: this course will be delivered over 12 to 18 months
Intake location: online

Leading Literacy

Develop a shared vision for your school's literacy approach by building your understanding of the latest evidence-based research about literacy teaching and learning.

Cost: $700 co-contribution (payable by the school)
Duration: this course will be delivered over 9 months
Intake locations: North Melbourne and online
