Expressions of interest are open for learning specialists to take part in the Coaching for Influence advanced program, running in Term 4, 2022.
Learning specialists who have previously completed the Coaching for Influence core program from 2019 onwards are eligible to take part.
In the program, you will receive personalised support from a professional coach to improve your coaching and mentoring skills. The sessions will also address issues you may face when coaching and mentoring colleagues.
The program will give you access to 5 one-to-one coaching sessions in Term 4, 2022. You can book these hour-long virtual sessions at times that work best for you.
Along with supporting you to address any issues you may face, the sessions will help you to develop more advanced coaching skills for:
- difficult conversations
- strengthening collaboration
- building deep empathy
- leading change
- possibility conversations
- student-centred approaches.

The advanced program replaces the previous Coaching for Influence enhancement program.
