Recorded sessions from the inaugural Middle Leaders in Schools Conference that we hosted last term are now available online.
The conference was a unique opportunity for middle leaders to come together as a community of learners and share the challenges, new concepts, and school improvement success stories.
Participants heard from local and international education experts who shared the latest research on, and insights into, effective middle leadership practice.
Supporting whole school improvement
The conference celebrated the significant role middle leaders play in the success of our education system and provided middle leaders with an opportunity to deepen their thinking.
Keynote speeches from the day reflected on teaching practices and the latest thinking in education from an array of expert clinics.
The conference is part of our ongoing investment in high-quality professional development that builds both teaching skills and leadership capabilities, to underpin the continued improvement of our school system.
