Wellbeing webinars and videos

Health and wellbeing webinars are available on-demand, designed to support the health, safety and wellbeing of school staff, including teachers.

    Virtual gym and Get Active Victoria

    To support staff maintain physical health and fitness, our virtual gym provides access to free video workouts and healthy recipes.

    Get Active Victoria is another great source of at-home, guided workout videos, challenges and games for all levels and is free to join.

    Employee Assistance Program

    If you feel that you need more formal support, access the free, confidential counselling which is available 24 hours, seven days a week through the Employee Assistance Program.

    It is available to school staff and their immediate family (aged 18 years and over) and school council employees such as Casual Relief Teachers.
