Program description

Understand Notice Improve is a program for students, teachers, and parents to create shared knowledge regarding mental health literacy and wellbeing.

The course is divided into 3 areas:

  1. Understand
  2. Notice
  3. Improve.

This structure helps participants to improve mental health literacy, understand how to identify mental health issues and then provides strategies to improve wellbeing in the school.

The program is online and self-paced and written in a style that is accessible for senior school students, parents and teachers. Each module should take 1 to 1.5 hours to complete. The shared common knowledge through this program will support further discussions to improve students', teachers' and parents' wellbeing.
